Pablo Duc acts as a Partner in the Insolvency and Restructuring team. He has been working as a trustee/liquidator and as a special bankruptcy administrator for over 20 years. In this role, he handles significant bankruptcy and judicial debt restructuring proceedings in both national and international contexts. He also advises creditors and debtors in restructuring and insolvency cases. He represents clients in debt enforcement and bankruptcy law (SchKG) matters before courts and other authorities and serves on creditors' committees. Additionally, Pablo Duc has extensive experience in corporate and property law as well as general contract law. He also has in-depth knowledge in the field of corporate and real estate financing. He provides advisory and litigation services for his clients in these business areas.
