Fritz Rothenbühler is a Partner in the insolvency and restructuring team. He advises creditors and debtors in national and cross-border restructuring and insolvency cases. He also acts as administrator/liquidator in estate and bankruptcy matters. Fritz Rothenbühler's preferred areas of practice also include corporate and competition law as well as construction and real estate law. Additionally, he advises and represents private individuals in selected cases. In the aforementioned areas of law, Fritz Rothenbühler is active in both, his advisory and litigious capacity.
