Amy Seneshen is the managing partner of Welborn. For over 20 years, she has helped guide clients in upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions with aggregate value in the billions of dollars for both public and private companies. Amy also advises clients in a broad range of transactional matters in the energy industry, including the negotiation of farmout agreements, joint venture agreements, DrillCo agreements, drilling program agreements, crude purchase agreements, midstream agreements, water gathering and disposal agreements, and solar leases. She represents management teams in the formation of entities and in connection with investments by private equity firms. Amy also represents companies in negotiating and structuring natural resource projects for the exploration and development of domestic and international mining properties. Amy has been named to The Best Lawyers in America for the field of Oil & Gas Law, recognized by Super Lawyers in Energy & Natural Resources Law and has been selected by the Denver Business Journal as Who’s Who in Energy and Top Women in Energy.
