Adv. Yossi Pelach joined the Real Estate Department at Weksler Bregman in 2001, and became a partner in 2009. Yossi possesses extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, including providing counseling and accompaniment for complex transactions in the fields of residences and commerce. Yossi has accumulated extensive experience in representing entrepreneurs in BOT transactions (student dormitories, private prison enterprise and more), transactions relating to hotels, profit-yielding real estate, transaction for the establishment of renewable energy projects, as well as residential projects, including those of urban renewal, all of which begin with the initial agreement through financing the transaction to completion of the project. In the framework of accompaniment of urban renewal projects, Yossi has accompanied them from the beginning and has amassed extensive practical experience, and in addition Yossi successfully handled the declaration of one of the first complexes of evacuation construction (on the taxation track), was a partner in the “Round Table” Forum of the Housing Ministry and in promotion of legislative processes in the field of urban renewal, and also lectures on the topic of urban renewal.
