Advocate Limor Argov-Shenhav is a partner and head of the Labor Law Department at Weksler Bregman & Co. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Limor had worked in the litigation/labor law departments of other large Israeli commercial law firms as well as having run her own private practice for a number of years. In 2022, the rating company “legal 500” ranked Limor as a “recommended lawyer” in the field of labor law in Israel. Limor has extensive professional experience in the practise of private and collective labor law and advises the firm’s clients – both local and international – on complex, sensitive and precedent-setting legal issues relating to labor law. Limor provides discreet support to large organizations on downsizing, reorganization, the closing and/or acquisition of business operations, giving guidance on the labor law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and advises and represents organizations on issues relating to breaches of competition and confidentiality, complex redundancy procedures, sexual harassment and abuse at the work-place, and more.
