Dana has acquired great expertise over the years in civil and commercial litigation and in representing some of Israel’s largest companies in complex and extensive proceedings, including representation in the various civil courts on issues relating to professional negligence, real estate, company law, consumer law, administrative appeals, fashion retailing, construction and real estate, manufacturing plants, defamation cases and more. Advocate Vaknin also enjoys unique and comprehensive expertise in Israeli labor law, particularly in relation to litigation, and has represented some of the economy’s largest commercial companies, including hotel chains, retail fashion outlets, construction and real estate companies, manufacturing plants, and more. Her experience encompasses representation of the firm’s clients at various legal tribunals, labor courts, the National Labor Court, and at various government ministry committees (Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Labor, the Population Administration).
