Laroux Peoples is a Partner in the Wills, Trusts & Estates Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP. Laroux is highly experienced in the areas of estate planning, powers of attorney drafting and estate administration. She works with clients ranging from families who need to plan for their child with a disability or are handling the recent loss of a loved one, to business owners who require assistance in creating a comprehensive estate plan. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Laroux ran her own legal practice, where she emphasized finding innovative, efficient solutions that considered her clients’ needs throughout different stages of their lives. Earlier in her career, Laroux worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. In this role, she was responsible for communicating with police, judges, social workers and other legal professionals, meeting tight deadlines and managing high-stress situations, and managing proceedings in trial court and bail court.
