Albert Formosa is a litigator with extensive experience dealing with complex commercial litigation. Al practises in the area of civil litigation with a particular focus on trademark, copyright, information technology and other intellectual property, shareholder rights and remedies, business valuations, commercial disputes, employment matters, real estate, commercial leasing and insolvency matters.
