Bio

Pierre Alexandre Kahn is a corporate partner based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on a wide variety of corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Firm in 2012. Pierre-Alexandre graduated in business law and tax from Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II in 2011 (Master 2 Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité, with honors). He also received an LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2012. Pierre-Alexandre is a member of the Paris Bar and of the New York Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
