Sarah Walton Bio

Sarah is our Managing Partner, having taken over the role from John Schorah on 1 April 2025. Prior to that, Sarah was Weightmans' Client Relationships Director on the Executive Board for two years, responsible for driving growth and deepening client relationships across the firm. Sarah also previously served as Head of Service Delivery for Corporate and Commercial, ensuring operational excellence across the service lines, before leading the business development strategy for the firm in respect of its larger corporate client base. Sarah is a highly experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in all aspects of corporate law and company law, advising a wide range of clients (from large corporates to individuals and owner managed businesses) on corporate mergers and acquisitions, disposals, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and strategic projects.
