Naomi Woods is a partner in the International Private Wealth team. She has over 13 years experience advising businesses, families and individuals in all aspects of structuring and protecting their private wealth. She is well known by her contacts, clients and peers as having stand out expertise in agriculture and rural affairs; ensuring wealth is passed to the next generation through family arrangements and provides strategic tax planning and advice on succession. She is a fully qualified STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners) and a member of the Agricultural Law Association. She has particular expertise in the administration of complex estate administration which includes high net worth and diverse assets including landed estates and family businesses. Naomi is able to assist with bespoke wills including trusts covering agricultural and business assets to mitigate tax.
