Marc Allison Bio

Marc is segment head for owner managed businesses. Marc provides a wide range of advice in relation to corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, finance, investments and general company law matters. In addition to being segment head, Marc also heads up our franchising team, having completed almost 100 franchise-related M&A deals over the last five years. In addition to working for a national law firm, Marc also spent over four years working in-house for a listed company. Marc’s main clients are owner-managed businesses, however, he also works for a number of larger businesses and PLCs. With a strong emphasis on building solid relationships with clients, Marc’s focus is on providing specialist value-added advice, in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with regular and clear communications with clients.
