Venashrie Mannar advises on all property related matters. Her experience includes registration of transfers, commercial mortgage and notarial bonds, servitudes, and development work i.e all aspects of registering of sectional title schemes. Her clients include major banks and private and commercial entities. She assists private and commercial clients with the drafting, structuring, and negotiating of all property related agreements, including private and commercial sale agreements, sale of business agreements and loan agreements.​
