Paul Crosland Bio

Paul Crosland specialises in all forms of general and commercial litigation in all forums, as well as in insolvency law and business rescue practice. He has experience in commercial arbitrations, the prosecution of insolvency proceedings and enquiries, Superior Court practice and representing athletes in the South African Institute of Drug Free Sports forum. Paul has been involved in the resolution of various commercial disputes and has advised clients in the retail, airline, demolition, sports, paint production, fuel distribution, mining, IT, manufacturing and banking industries.
