Nomsa Mbere has assisted in a wide range of corporate and private equity transactions, general commercial law and different aspects of renewable energy projects, assisting in advising a number of participants in the various phases of the South African Government's Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement (REIPPP) Programme. Nomsa also has practical insights into the TMT sector from a four month secondment to MTN in 2015.
