Kevin Hillis is a South African attorney and an English solicitor who specialises in corporate and commercial law, focused on public and private mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets in Africa. He represents domestic and international companies as well as financial institutions in all aspects of complex cross-border transactions. He also advises on securities regulation. Prior to joining Webber Wentzel in 2006, Kevin worked for a global law firm in the City of London.
