Johannes Smit specialises in cross-border and South African Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and has expertise in corporate restructuring and providing general corporate and commercial law advice. Johannes also has special expertise in relation to projects in the renewable energy sector in South Africa and has, amongst other things, advised clients in relation to the development of bid responses and compliance with bid requirements, corporate structuring, the drafting and negotiation of construction and other project related agreements and the acquisitions and sales of projects.
