Igno Gouws has more than 20 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution. He has advised across several fora, including before The International Court of Arbitration (Paris), the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, High Courts, tribunals and appeal boards. He has also advised on arbitrations (both local and international). He has wide ranging experience across numerous areas, including: company law, mining law, contractual law, delicts, property law, expropriations and land acquisitions for major projects, landlord and tenant law, evictions and relocations, logistics and criminal law.​
