Desiree focuses on all aspects of property law with a specific interest in both residential and commercial property work. She has substantial experience in general conveyancing including transfers, bond registrations and bond cancellations. Desiree has also been involved in the drafting of security documents and numerous property related agreements, the conducting of due diligence investigations and general notarial practice.
