Deon is an expert in employment law. His expertise includes advising on all employment law aspects in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Deon regularly advises on individual or collective employment law and acts on behalf of corporate, government and individual clients, in the High Court; the Labour Court; the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration; and Bargaining Councils.
