Bio

Carey-Anne specialises in equity and debt financing aspects of project finance and public private partnerships. She has advised clients on several limited recourse project financings (including across energy, resources and infrastructure sectors), equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures and syndicated and term loans. She has also advised numerous clients in relation to accommodation, telecommunications, renewable energy, toll road and various road related infrastructure projects. Carey-Anne is currently advising a number of participants in the various phases of the South African Government's Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers (REIPP) Procurement Programme.​
