Ashleigh Blair has expertise in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including local and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, due diligence investigations, group reorganisations, and the establishment and structuring of operations. Ashleigh has extensive corporate and commercial law experience, including the drafting and negotiation of supply, procurement, services, lease, distribution and loan agreements. Her expertise also extends to the preparation and review of agreements, po​licies and other documentation relating to the interpretation and application of the Consumer Protection Act. ​Ashleigh has written on international business negotiations and South African investment opportunities.
