Adam specialises in mergers and acquisitions, both in South Africa and Africa, and he has acted for a range of clients in the local and international arena and in both the listed and unlisted environment. He has extensive experience in Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) transactions and has advised on a number of significant BEE deals and has deep experience on the BEE Act and BEE codes of good practice. He also has substantial experience in commercial real estate transactions, where he has been involved in the structuring and implementation of a number of high profile property development transactions and sales in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. ​Adam also has significant experience in assisting multinationals investing in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
