Luca is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A Group. Luca has significant experience on high profile acquisitions, capital raising, joint ventures and restructuring. He regularly advises on international public and private law and on commercial contracts for the development, construction and operation of large energy & infrastructure projects. Internationally focussed, he has to the led success of many transactions in Italy and abroad for the benefit of sophisticated private, institutional and government players. Luca assists clients on contractual arrangements and multiple legal settings, from structuring to negotiation and closing up to the handling of complex disputes. He published business and civil law books and often writes articles and contributions on energy and infrastructure.
