John Kil Bio

John is a Partner (Foreign Legal Consultant, New York) in the Projects & Corporate team. His practice focusses on international capital markets, working on a variety of debt and equity offerings by Asian issuers, including common stock offerings, investment-grade bond offerings, sustainability-linked offerings, as well as other cross-border corporate transactions. He has worked on multiple securitisation and cross-board settings as well. John’s practice also extends to advising clients on cross-border finance transactions, including corporate finance, ECA finance and real estate finance in multiple jurisdictions. He is a native Korean speaker and fluent in English.
