Dr. Christian Kleeberg Bio

Christian is a Partner in the Corporate Group. Christian has many years of experience advising corporates and investors on M&A transactions, notably those with a cross-border element, across a wide range of sectors including ESG, transport, logistics and infrastructure. He regularly represents private equity and other financial individuals and strategic investors in auction processes run by private equity sponsors and advises clients on a range of matters including domestic and international infrastructure, logistics and transport transactions, post-M&A restructurings, early-stage strategic corporate advice and M&A disputes. Christian is recommended in the German legal directory JUVE 2024/2025 for his Private-Equity and M&A expertise. In addition, he was described as “very sociable, pragmatic and creative”. He has also been recognised by WirtschaftsWoche as one of Germany’s ‘Most Renowned Lawyers’ for M&A and Corporate in 2021 and 2022.
