Christian specialises in M&A, corporate restructuring and joint ventures, with a particular focus on transactions and investments in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Recent transactions include strategic M&A deals in the infrastructure and energy sectors, such as the development, financing, acquisition and disposal of projects related to digital infrastructure and renewable energy. This includes telecommunication and digital infrastructure, particularly fibre optic networks, data centres and mobile broadband tower infrastructure. Christian also advises on energy-related infrastructure (including EV charging infrastructure and battery energy storage) and renewables projects as well as national and cross-border joint ventures, co-development structures and general corporate law.
