Tiziana Manenti specialises in national and international M&A, private equity, and corporate/commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on power and utilities projects. She is also experienced in providing regulatory advice on energy and natural resources-related matters. She is the main point of contact at WFW Italy for all issues relating to domestic legislation regarding the feed-in tariff system for solar plants before the Italian administrative courts as well as on Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001.
