Dirk Janssen specialises in private equity and M&A matters focussing on leveraged buy-outs and cross-border mid and large-cap transactions. He also has significant project experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His clients include corporates, funds, institutional investors and private equity houses. He is a co-author of a commentary on private equity law and regularly publishes articles on corporate law and infrastructure-related topics. He is fluent in German and English.
