Christian Kleeberg has many years of experience advising corporates and investors on M&A transactions, notably those with a cross-border element, across a wide range of sectors including ESG, transport, logistics and infrastructure. He regularly represents private equity and other financial individuals and strategic investors in auction processes run by private equity sponsors and advises clients on a range of matters including international logistics, post-M&A restructurings and litigation, early-stage strategic and corporate advice and disputes.
