Carlo Cosmelli specialises in advising Italian and international companies, investment funds and financial institutions on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters, across a wide range of industries including energy and infrastructure, life sciences and real estate. Prior to joining WFW in 2010, Carlo worked for leading Italian law firms, advising domestic and international corporations on private equity and venture capital investments, establishing special purposes vehicles and corporate joint-ventures and on general corporate and commercial matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
