Jakub Lerner Bio

Jakub Lerner, LL.M., has a broad-based transactional practice advising public and private companies, private equity firms and corporations as well as Polish entrepreneurs in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. He has many years of experience advising on numerous transactions, including share deals, asset deals, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, and other forms of corporate restructuring. He also advises on complex international transactions and advises companies entering into international joint ventures. He is admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales, an attorney-at-law, State of New York, USA and an attorney-at-law in Poland. Before joining Wardyński & Partners, he worked with international law firms in New York and Warsaw. He is a graduate of Jagiellonian University and Cornell Law School, and attended Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
