Melanie Yeomans Bio

Melanie is a partner in the Corporate department. She specialises in venture capital work as well as regularly advising clients on M&A and corporate restructuring matters. A large part of Melanie’s practice comprises venture capital investment work and within that she has a particular specialism in the life sciences and medtech sectors, advising both funders and companies taking investment, from start-ups (including university spin-outs) through to more established businesses. Melanie is passionate about the thriving life science sector in the North West and has close connections with Alderley Science Park, the UK’s largest single-site life science campus. Melanie also advises on management buy-outs/buy-ins and corporate disposals and acquisitions along with share reorganisations for clients.
