Martin is an experienced Partner specialising in corporate transactional work. He is part of our Corporate team based in Teesside. Martin’s corporate transactional practice involves him acting for corporate entities, sellers, buyers, banks, private equity firms, insolvency practitioners and investors across a range of sales, acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, distressed deals, inbound funding, equity buy-outs, management buy-outs, fund exits and financing arrangements. Martin also provides advice in other areas of general corporate law such as shareholder arrangements, constitutional and governance matters and share schemes. Martin is experienced across a broad range of sectors including leisure, recruitment, hospitality, engineering, manufacturing, energy and technology. His client base ranges from local SMEs to multinational corporations.
