Jessica is a Partner in our Corporate team and has more than 10 years of experience in a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters. Recognised as a Next Generation Partner by the Legal 500, Jess has significant experience leading and managing complex corporate transactions, advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, management buyouts, and group reorganisations and restructures. Jess has experience working across a number of sectors, with substantial experience in the franchising sector in particular.
