Emma Flynn Bio

Emma Flynn is a partner in the firm’s property team. Emma has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property. Prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, Emma worked as a partner in the real estate team of AMOSS. Emma has extensive experience acting for property developers, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, landlords, tenants, investors and private individuals advising on all aspects of the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of commercial, residential and mixed use properties. Emma has a broad understanding of the interaction between property, banking and commercial law which places her in an excellent position to provide cross speciality advises.
