Darragh Dea Bio

Darragh Dea is an experienced corporate lawyer and is a Partner in the firm’s corporate team. Darragh qualified in 2010 and, prior to joining Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, he trained and worked in one of Ireland’s largest law firms and in a publicly listed US biotechnology company. Darragh has advised on a number of high profile public and private transactions in Ireland and regularly advises Irish and international clients on all aspects of corporate and company law. Darragh is also qualified in England & Wales and New York.
