Timothy Stevens is a partner in the Corporate and Investment Funds Group, based in Singapore. He specialises in advising private equity, venture capital and hedge fund managers on a broad spectrum of legal issues including fund formations and structuring, acquisitions and disposals and fund restructurings. Tim also has an active corporate practice which includes providing corporate advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance. Tim acts for clients across Asia-Pacific, including Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and Indonesia. Tim has extensive knowledge of the hedge funds and private equity market in Japan and is a specialist in the structuring and formation of open-ended and closed-ended unit trust fund structures.
