Bio

Rupen Shah is a partner in the Finance and Corporate Group of Walkers' Hong Kong office. He advises on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, private jet finance, bond issuances, margin lending, premium insurance finance, restructurings and general lending. Rupen also advises on general corporate matters including re-domiciliations and mergers and acquisitions. Rupen's clients include commercial banks, private banks, financial institutions, international corporations and insurance companies. In addition, he has many years of Bermuda law experience and works closely with Walkers' Bermuda office to service their Asia based clients.
