Olga Sologub joined Walkers' Cayman Islands office in 2019 and is a partner in the Global Finance and Corporate Group. Olga specialises in structured finance and derivatives. In structured finance, Olga has extensive experience in CLOs, securitisations and secured note programme structures as well as bespoke structured products. She has also advised on a number of bankruptcy remote financings, other tax structured transactions, fund linked note issues and structured repo and stock lending transactions. Olga has extensive OTC derivatives experience, covering full range of OTC derivative classes, including equity derivative trades. She regularly acts for banks, investment managers, hedge funds, investment funds, pension funds and corporates.
