Matthew is the Managing Partner of our BVI office. Matt specialises in advising clients on complex corporate matters and finance matters. He regularly advises major international banks and corporate borrowers in banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate finance. He also acts for major public and private clients in a range of corporate transactions, such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, including the largest ever take-private of a listed BVI company.
