Matt specialises in investment funds and corporate matters and is the Managing Partner* of our Guernsey office. He has more than a decade of experience in offshore. He works on a wide variety of matters relating to the structuring and restructuring of investment funds and high value transactions involving Guernsey company law. He also has particular expertise in Guernsey Private Fund structures, M&A deals involving regulated corporate service providers and trust companies, and complex issues relating to funds. His clients value his straight-talking approach.
