Jonathan specialises in M&A transactions, private equity deal structuring, corporate real estate transactions and investment fund matters. He has been the Managing Partner of the Jersey office since 2014 and is also a member of our Global Investment Funds and Corporate Groups. He has more than 20 years' experience as a lawyer, and he is recognised in Legal 500's Hall of Fame and as a recognised practitioner in Chambers & Partner. Commercial and sensible, he focuses on achieving client goals with the minimum of fuss. He is admitted in England and Wales (non-practicing), Jersey and the BVI.
