Joanne Ziegler is a partner in the Finance & Corporate Group at Walkers in the Cayman Islands office. She specialises in structured finance transactions and has extensive experience in CDO/CLO and other securitisation transactions, including restructurings and re-financings, CRE CDOs, middle-market CLOs and NIM transactions. Joanne also advises upon a wide variety of corporate, banking and regulatory matters, including venture financings and CSX listings.​
