James Melen is based in Walkers' Cayman office where he is a partner in the Global Investment Funds Group, specialising in the formation and life-cycle of investment and private equity funds. James is also a highly experienced corporate and transactional lawyer, having specialised in mergers, acquisitions, disposals, demergers, restructurings and private equity deals for over 15 years.
