Jack Boldarin is the Managing Partner of Walkers London office and practises both British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law. Jack enjoys in excess of 20 years' experience in the offshore market and spent a number of years in each of the BVI, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands and London offices of the firm. Jack has the unique distinction of being the sole person, across the European region, ranked as a Tier 1 BVI lawyer by Chambers and Partners and a Tier 1 Cayman lawyer by Chambers and Partners. Jack is equally ranked as a Leading Individual by Legal 500, International Financial Law Review and PLC Which Lawyer. Legal 500 cites "Head of corporate and finance Jack Boldarin is widely acclaimed as one of the Island's top practitioners". Jack specialises in banking and finance transactions (including leveraged and acquisition finance, debt and equity finance along with real estate finance) and corporate M&A transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, takeovers, international stock exchange listings and corporate reorganisations). Operating from the firm's London office, Jack leads a team of lawyers providing time-zone sensitive, dedicated Bermuda, BVI and Cayman Islands law assistance to clients based in Europe and Africa. Walkers does not practice English law and instead works alongside leading international law firms to provide integrated offshore and onshore support.
