David Collins is a partner in Walkers' Finance & Corporate Group and is based in the Cayman Islands office. He has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors, financial institutions, investment funds, multinational corporations, issuers and institutional investors on complex finance and corporate transactions. David's finance experience includes fund financing, bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition financings, derivatives, corporate financings, margin lending, repackaging and other structured transactions. He also has significant expertise advising on corporate matters. David is a frequent speaker at industry events.
