Chris specialises in a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, as well as general corporate and M&A deals, joint ventures and equity capital market transactions. He regularly acts for private equity firms, major investment banks, fund managers and corporate trustees on both fund formation and ongoing transactions. He also works on acquisitions, disposals and restructures for public listed companies.
