Alex Drysdale is a partner in Walkers' Corporate, Finance and Funds Group based in the BVI. He has 15 years' experience acting on complex cross border corporate and financing transactions in London, Sao Paulo and the BVI. Alex advises corporates, private equity houses, hedge funds and financial institutions on a broad range of corporate and financing transactions including M&A, capital raisings, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Alex has particular knowledge of the LatAm market and a depth of experience acting for global natural resource and commodity companies.
