Adeola Adeyemi is a partner based in the Cayman Islands office. She joined Walkers in 2019 and is a member of the firm's Global Finance and Corporate Groups. Adeola has extensive experience working on complex cross-border finance transactions including leveraged and acquisition financings, subscription line financings, hedge fund financings, NAV and hybrid financings, management facilities, asset based bankruptcy remote SPV financings and project financings. Adeola also has a broad corporate practice covering corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
